HIGH PROTEIN LUNCH INSPO

Prep time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 x Whole grain bread roll or bread 
  • 1/2 Avo 
  • 1/4 cup Cottage cheese 
  • 1 cup Mixed kale slaw 
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes 
  • 1/2 cup leftover BBQ chicken 
  • 2 fried eggs 
  • 1 tbsp Chilli honey 
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fry your eggs

  2. Assemble your toast with the above ingredients 

  3. VIOLA
