Choc LCM Bites

Prep time: 15 minutes

Freezer time: 50 minutes

Makes 12 bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups chocolate soy puffs
  • 1 cup True Protein Chocolate WPI
  • ¾ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 1 block 70% dark chocolate
  • Flaky sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine the peanut butter and honey in a large bowl.
  2. Fold through the chocolate soy puffs and protein powder until well coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined muffin tray (I made 14 bites).
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and spread it over each bite.
  5. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  6. Freeze for at least 1 hour until set.

Store in the fridge or freezer for the perfect grab-and-go snack 🌸🌸
