Choc LCM Bites

Freezer time: 50 minutes
Makes 12 bites
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups chocolate soy puffs
- 1 cup True Protein Chocolate WPI
- ¾ cup natural peanut butter
- ¾ cup honey
- 1 block 70% dark chocolate
- Flaky sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the peanut butter and honey in a large bowl.
- Fold through the chocolate soy puffs and protein powder until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined muffin tray (I made 14 bites).
- Melt the dark chocolate and spread it over each bite.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour until set.
Store in the fridge or freezer for the perfect grab-and-go snack 🌸🌸
