Perfect for an arvo of work or to snack on for the kids. 

When it comes to a balanced snack, I try and tick the boxes of 

  • Colour (fruit/veg of choice)
  • Protein (cottage cheese dip with sweet chilli sauce or hard slices of cheese)
  • Carbs (rice crackers)
  • Healthy fats (if I can) (cheese or nuts) 

You can pick the elements that work for you but I encourage protein and carbohydrates to be a main factor.
