CHICKEN AND PUMPKIN SANGA

INGREDIENTS
- 2 large piece of sourdough
- 1/4 cup light ricotta
- 1-2 slices cheese
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin
- 1/2 cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp peri peri mayo

Layer your sanga with the above ingredients and serve

This is one of my go-to sangas when I have already meal prepped my chicken and roast veg.
