CHICKEN AND PUMPKIN SANGA

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 large piece of sourdough
  • 1/4 cup light ricotta
  • 1-2 slices cheese
  • 1/2 tomato 
  • 1 cup cooked pumpkin 
  • 1/2 cooked chicken breast 
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp peri peri mayo

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Toast your sourdough

  2. Layer your sanga with the above ingredients and serve

NOTES:

This is one of my go-to sangas when I have already meal prepped my chicken and roast veg.
