5 MIN LOADED WRAP
Prep time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lebanese bread wrap
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 cup greens
- 1/2 cup mixed cabbage
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 cup light cheese
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- Snp + lemon to serve
- PROTEIN OF CHOICE: 1 can of tuna of choice
INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat your wrap for 30 seconds in the microwave

Chop your veggies into long strips

Layer your wrap with your ingredients and fold into a burrito

Chop in half and serve

Tuna wraps are one of my go-to quick and easy lunches.
* I love using the fresh wholemeal wraps from Coles bakery section OR fresh Lebanese wraps
*My go-to tuna is either the chilli tuna from Aldi or the lime and cracked pepper tuna also from Aldi
