5 MIN LOADED WRAP

Prep time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 lebanese bread wrap 
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese 
  • 1/4 avocado 
  • 1 cup greens
  • 1/2 cup mixed cabbage 
  • 1/2 tomato 
  • 1/2 cucumber 
  • 1/4 cup light cheese
  • 1 tbsp light mayo 
  • Snp + lemon to serve 
  • PROTEIN OF CHOICE: 1 can of tuna of choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat your wrap for 30 seconds in the microwave

  2. Chop your veggies into long strips

  3. Layer your wrap with your ingredients and fold into a burrito 

  4. Chop in half and serve 

NOTES:

 I LOVE USING TUNA

Tuna wraps are one of my go-to quick and easy lunches. 

* I love using the fresh wholemeal wraps from Coles bakery section OR fresh Lebanese wraps 

*My go-to tuna is either the chilli tuna from Aldi or the lime and cracked pepper tuna also from Aldi 

The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your taste.
