2O MINUTE GREEK WRAP

COOK TIME: 20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x packet of lemon herb chicken
  • 1 Lebanese pita wrap
  • 2 tbsp tzatziki
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped cos lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced radish
  • 1 tbsp diced pickled onions
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese
  • A handful of mint
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.

2. While the chicken is cooking, dice and prepare the remaining ingredients.

3. Layer your pita wrap with yogurt, tzatziki, lettuce, chicken, and the remaining ingredients.

NOTES

Any leftover chopped vegetables and chicken can be saved for lunch the next day. :)
