SWEET CHILLI BARRAMUNDI

Cook time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 barramundi fillets
- *3 cups of your fav veggies
- 1/2 cup water
Sauce:
- 1 heaped tbsp minced Garlic
- 1 heaped tbsp minced Ginger
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Serve with rice + lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:

Chop your veggies and pan fry with olive oil

Add your water and cook until the veggies are soft

In a small bowl combine sauce ingredients

Pour sauce into the veggies and coat evenly

Add your fish into the centre of the pan and coat with some sauce

Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until white and flaky

Serve with your rice and lemon juice
NOTES:
*Veggies of choice: I use whatever I have in the fridge but my go-to are;
1 carrot
1 cup chopped beans
1 zucchini
1/2 head broccoli
The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your taste or cater for more mouths.
