YOGURT PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/3 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
  • *1/3 cup or 100grams yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Optional (recommended):
  • 1/4 cup Choc chips
  • Toppings: Can choose your own but I like:
  • 1 cup heated mixed berries
  • Extra yogurt 
  • Maple syrup 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl whisk your egg
  2. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients and combine.
  3. Fold through chocolate chips (if using them)
  4. Heat a large pan over medium heat
  5. Cook pancakes on both sides until browned.
  6. Top with your favourite toppings 

NOTES:

Yogurt of choice: Vanilla yopro
