WEET-BIX TRIFLE

Prep time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 weet-bix
  • *2 tbsp milk
  • 160-gram tub vanilla yopro yogurt
  • *1/2 mango
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • *1/2 cup Granola of choice (I used
  • Drizzle of Honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Crush your two Weetabix and cover with milk.
  2. Leave it until the Weetabix has fully absorbed the milk then
  3. Layer half of your yogurt first and then the fruit.
  4. Repeat this step
  5. For the final layer add your granola, honey and any extra fruit

NOTES:

*Mango = I used mango when it was in season but you can use any fruit in season

*Milk = I use unsweetened almond milk

*Granola = I use either @sunsol_muesli high protein chocolate granola OR my homemade chocolate granola found in here
