WEET-BIX TRIFLE
Prep time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 weet-bix
- *2 tbsp milk
- 160-gram tub vanilla yopro yogurt
- *1/2 mango
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- *1/2 cup Granola of choice (I used
- Drizzle of Honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Crush your two Weetabix and cover with milk.
- Leave it until the Weetabix has fully absorbed the milk then
- Layer half of your yogurt first and then the fruit.
- Repeat this step
- For the final layer add your granola, honey and any extra fruit
NOTES:
*Mango = I used mango when it was in season but you can use any fruit in season
*Milk = I use unsweetened almond milk
*Granola = I use either @sunsol_muesli high protein chocolate granola OR my homemade chocolate granola found in here
