STRAWBERRY AND WATERMELON PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup chopped watermelon
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 2 tbsp @yoproau vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop true WPI
- 1 serving true creatine and collagen (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve
NOTES:
Go top protein powder is TRUEPROTEIN
I would recommend this smoothie as a pre-workout if you want something quick to digest BUT if you want a breakfast to keep you full and satisfied I would add a source of fat such as chia seeds or PB, as well as 1/4-1/2 cup oats blended in, or granola on top.
