  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped watermelon
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp @yoproau vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop true WPI
  • 1 serving true creatine and collagen (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve
