SCRAMBLED OAT

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 eggs
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla WPI protein

Toppings

  • Vanilla yo pro yogurt
  • Raspberries
  • Melted biscoff

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl whisk together your egg.
  2. Add in your banana and mash
  3. Add in your oats and protein powder and combine.
  4. Heat a pan on medium heat and add in your mix.
  5. Using a spatula, continue to stir and break up your mixture to turn into it a scramble/crumble consistency.
  6. Once cooked, top with your desired toppings.
