
Overnight Weet Bix
PREP TIME: 5 MINS
COOK TIME: OVERNIGHT FOR BEST FLAVOUR (CAN MAKE JUST IN THE MORNING)
INGREDIENTS:
- 3–4 Weet-Bix
- 1 scoop @trueprotein vanilla WPI
- Unsweetened almond milk (just enough to moisten the Weet-Bix)
- Yopro vanilla protein yoghurt (enough to create a thick layer on top)
- Loads of berries or fruit of choice
- 1–2 tsp Mayver’s hazelnut peanut butter
METHOD:
- Crush your Weet-Bix in a glass container or bowl.
- Mix in the protein powder.
- Slowly add the almond milk — start with a little and add more as needed. As you mix, continue crushing the Weet-Bix to create a thick, soft base.
- Flatten the base out evenly and layer the yoghurt on top.
- Add your berries and finish with a drizzle of the hazelnut spread.
