Overnight Weet Bix

COOK TIME: OVERNIGHT FOR BEST FLAVOUR (CAN MAKE JUST IN THE MORNING)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3–4 Weet-Bix
  • 1 scoop @trueprotein vanilla WPI
  • Unsweetened almond milk (just enough to moisten the Weet-Bix)
  • Yopro vanilla protein yoghurt (enough to create a thick layer on top)
  • Loads of berries or fruit of choice
  • 1–2 tsp Mayver’s hazelnut peanut butter

METHOD:

  1. Crush your Weet-Bix in a glass container or bowl.
  2. Mix in the protein powder.
  3. Slowly add the almond milk — start with a little and add more as needed. As you mix, continue crushing the Weet-Bix to create a thick, soft base.
  4. Flatten the base out evenly and layer the yoghurt on top.
  5. Add your berries and finish with a drizzle of the hazelnut spread.

Ticking all the boxes:
Complex carbs = Weet-Bix
Protein = protein powder + yoghurt
Healthy fats = hazelnut PB
Colour = berries
