BISCOFF WEEBTIX

Prep time: 10 minutes

Wait time: 30 minutes OR overnight

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 Weetbix 
  • *2 tbsp milk 
  • 1 tsp/drizzle honey 
  • 1 tbsp biscoff 
  • 3/4 cup frozen or fresh raspberries 
  • 1/2 cup protein vanilla yogurt 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a container or bowl, crush your weetbix slowly add in milk and combine

  2. Don’t use too much milk as you would rather it be a bit on the dryer side as the raspberries and yogurt soften it up too

  3. Flatten your weetbix and then add 1/4 cup of your raspberries on top.

  4. Flatten these into your weetbix

  5. Melt your biscoff and drizzle 3/4 of it on top as well as your maple syrup/honey

  6.  Add your layer of yogurt, extra biscoff and raspberries

  7. You can either eat it straight away or leave over overnight

NOTES:

You can store it overnight or leave it for 30 minutes to set... OR eat it straight away if you can't wait haha

*Milk = I use almond milk but any milk would work
