PROTEIN PRETZEL SLICE

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups pretzels (plus extra for topping)
- 1 cup soy protein puffs
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (e.g., True Protein)
- 1 block of chocolate (your choice)
- 1/2 cup Mayver’s Dark Roast Salted Peanut Butter
(Optional: For extra sweetness, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, crush the pretzels.
- Add the soy protein puffs and chocolate protein powder, then mix everything together.
- Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together, then fold into the pretzel mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a rectangular tray or container and press it down to flatten.
- Top with extra pretzels for added crunch.
- Place the tray in the freezer to set until firm.
- Once set, store in an airtight container in the freezer.
