PROTEIN PRETZEL SLICE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups pretzels (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 cup soy protein puffs
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (e.g., True Protein)
  • 1 block of chocolate (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Mayver’s Dark Roast Salted Peanut Butter

(Optional: For extra sweetness, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, crush the pretzels.
  2. Add the soy protein puffs and chocolate protein powder, then mix everything together.
  3. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together, then fold into the pretzel mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a rectangular tray or container and press it down to flatten.
  5. Top with extra pretzels for added crunch.
  6. Place the tray in the freezer to set until firm.
  7. Once set, store in an airtight container in the freezer.
