PROTEIN CHEERIO SLICE

Makes 12-15 squares
INGREDIENTS
BASE:
2 1/2 cups honey cheerios
*1 scoop vanilla WPI protein powder
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup water (extra if needed)
ICING:
*1/2 block chocolate of choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl combine the Cheerios and protein powder
- Add in your honey and PB and combine
- Add in your extra water if the mixture is dry
- Line a square tin with baking paper and press the mixture into it
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave for bursts of 30 seconds
- Once melted spread across the top and place in the freezer for 60 mins or until set
- Slice up into desired size and store in your freezer
NOTES:
You can store it in an airtight container in the freezer.
*WPI = whey protein isolate which is an easy-digesting form of protein and is low in fat and lactose
Protein of choice = true protein
Depending on how thick you want your chocolate layer on top you can use a whole block :)
