PRETZEL OAT PROTEIN BARS

INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup natural peanut butter
- ¾ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup vanilla WPI protein powder
- ¾ block dark chocolate
- Flaky salt, to top
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir through the oats and protein powder.
- Blitz the pretzels in a blender until they form a flour, then fold into the mixture.
- Line a square tin and press the mixture in firmly.
- Melt the chocolate, spread over the top and sprinkle with salt (optional — it can get extra salty!).
- Set in the freezer for at least 1 hour, then slice and store in the freezer ✨
