POST WORKOUT SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ticked off a run, gym session and an ocean dip,  so refuelling was non-negotiable :)

I tossed together this smoothie bowl that ticks all the post workout boxes.

BLEND

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit
  • ½ cup ice
  • ¼–½ cup water, coconut water or milk (start with less and add as needed depending on how powerful your blender is — mine definitely could’ve been thicker lol)
  • 1 scoop vanilla True Protein

Top with:

  • My chocolate protein granola (recipe on the website)
  • 1 lonely raspberry because I’d run out 😂 BUT extra fruit is recommended x
