PB + JAM PROTEIN SLICE

Prep time: 20 minutes
 
Freezer time: 60 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups rolled oats 
  • 2 scoops  vanilla WPI protein 
  • 1/2 cup extra crunchy  peanut butter 
  • 1/3 cup honey 

JAM:

  • 2 cups mixed berries 

ICING:

  • 1 block dark chocolate or chocolate of choice 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl combine the oats and protein powder
  2.  Add in your honey, PB and water and combine
  3. Line a square tin with baking paper and press the mixture into it
  4. Melt the berries in the microwave or over the stove top
  5. Once your berries are soft, use a potato masher or fork to mash them into a jam/smooth consistency
  6. Spread your jam mix over your oats
  7. Melt your chocolate in a microwave for bursts of 30 seconds. Once melted spread across the top
  8. Place in freezer for 60 mins or until set
  9. Slice up and store in the freezer

NOTES:

I use trueprotein protein powder and Mayvers PB :)
