PB + JAM PROTEIN SLICE
Prep time: 20 minutes
Freezer time: 60 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 scoops vanilla WPI protein
- 1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
JAM:
- 2 cups mixed berries
ICING:
- 1 block dark chocolate or chocolate of choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl combine the oats and protein powder
- Add in your honey, PB and water and combine
- Line a square tin with baking paper and press the mixture into it
- Melt the berries in the microwave or over the stove top
- Once your berries are soft, use a potato masher or fork to mash them into a jam/smooth consistency
- Spread your jam mix over your oats
- Melt your chocolate in a microwave for bursts of 30 seconds. Once melted spread across the top
- Place in freezer for 60 mins or until set
- Slice up and store in the freezer

I use trueprotein protein powder and Mayvers PB :)
