Muesli Bars

PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES 

SET TIME: MINIMUM AN HOUR 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups of muesli (I used homemade, but store-bought works just fine)
  • 1 cup of Rice Bubbles or soy puffs
  • 1 cup of True Protein vanilla WPI
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 3/4 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate for drizzling on top

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large bowl, combine your muesli, Rice Bubbles, and protein powder.

2. Add the honey and peanut butter, then mix well.

3. Line a large rectangular tin with parchment paper and press the mixture into it.

4. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the top.

5. Allow the bars to set in the fridge, and then store them for a quick grab-and-go snack.

NOTES:

I recently went through a muesli phase, but I’m over it now, haha. So, I decided to turn my muesli into muesli bars, and they are fantastic! I also added True Protein vanilla WPI for an extra boost of protein and flavor!
