MILO PROTEIN YOGURT POPS
Prep time: 10 minutes
Freeze time: 60 minutes - overnight
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup protein vanilla yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla WPI protein powder
- 2 tbsp Milo (low sugar) + extra to dust
- 1 cup Milo protein cereal
- 6 paddle pop sticks or wooden spoons
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl combine your yogurt, protein and Milo. Mix well.
- Add in your Milo cereal and mix.
- Line a large baking tray one that will fit in the freezer) with baking paper.
- Using an ice cream scoop or squeeze scoop, evenly scoop out 6 dollops.
- Flatten them slightly with a spatula.
- Push your paddle pop sticks into the yogurt circles and make sure they are covered front and back.
- Dust with extra milo.
- Place in freezer until set (I left mine over night but 60minuted should do)
- Once they are set store them in an air tight container in the freezer.
NOTES:
I used TRUE PROTEIN for my protein powder.
I like to freeze mine overnight so they are set and I store them in an air tight container in the freezer
