CHILLI HONEY CHEESE AND CRACKERS
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
- 8 vita wheat whole grain crackers
- 2 slices high protein cheese
- 100 grams ham off the bone
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1-2 tbsp chilli honey
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dice your cheese into 4 squares
- Layer your crackers, with a square of cheese, a slice of tomato and cucumber, and drizzle with chilli honey
- Season with salt and pepper to your taste
NOTES
This is a perfect high protein and filling snack for when you need a late lunch or solid snack to tie you over to your next meal.
