CHILLI HONEY CHEESE AND CRACKERS

PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 vita wheat whole grain crackers 
  • 2 slices high protein cheese 
  • 100 grams ham off the bone
  • 1 tomato 
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1-2 tbsp chilli honey 
  • salt and pepper to taste 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Dice your cheese into 4 squares
  2. Layer your crackers, with a square of cheese, a slice of tomato and cucumber, and drizzle with chilli honey 
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your taste

NOTES

This is a perfect high protein and filling snack for when you need a late lunch or solid snack to tie you over to your next meal.
