(AIR FRIED) CHILLI HONEY HAM AND CHEESE SCROLLS

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups wholemeal self-raising flour (400grams)
- 1 1/2 cups natural protein yogurt (380grams)
- Salt and pepper
- 100 grams of ham off the bone
- 3 slices Bega 50% less fat and 40% more protein cheese or 1 cup
- *2 tbsp chilli honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl combine your flour and SnP
- Fold through your yogurt and turn it into a dough
- Knead on a floured surface and flatten into a large square
- Cut into 9 small rolls
- Finely dice your ham and cheese
- Make a small indent in the centre of each roll and fill with 1 tbsp of the ham and cheese (or as much as you want)
- Cover the filling and roll each one back into a ball
- Spray the tops of the rolls with oil and sprinkle leftover ham and cheese on top
- Spray your air fryer and place it in rolls
- Drizzle with the chilli honey
- Air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees or until crispy
NOTES:
You can store it in an airtight container in the freezer.
