TURKEY SANGA
Prep time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- *2 slices of bread of choice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1/2 chopped tomato
- 2 slices cheese
- 100grams sliced turkey
- 1/2 cup mixed cabbage
- 2 cos lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp chilli jam
INSTRUCTIONS:

Layer your sourdough with the above ingredients

Start with your tomato paste, hummus and cottage cheese

Add your ham, tomato and red onion

Sprinkle over your cheese

Drizzle over your honey and garlic olive oil

Spray your air fryer with olive oil spray and place your toast inside

Bake at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes

*I love using sourdough or Bakers Delight high tin sourdough
*I love using @nandosaus chilli jam
