TURKEY SALAD BOWL

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

Dressing: 

  • 2 tablespoons of @yopro natural yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise 
  • 1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic 
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon 

Salad: 

  • 2 turkey steaks (cooked in an air fryer for 15 minutes) 
  • 2 cups of roasted potatoes (cooked in an air fryer for 20 minutes) 
  • 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce 
  • 1/4 cup of shaved Parmesan cheese or cheese of choice
  • 1/2 chopped cucumber 
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes 
  • 1/4 cup of chopped radishes 
  • 1 tablespoon of diced pickled onions 

Toppings: 

  • Nutritional yeast 
  • Sesame seeds 
  • Salt and pepper 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Dice and add your potatoes to your air fryer
  2. Cook for 5 minutes before adding your turkey strips - Air fry for 15 more minutes on 200 degrees
  3. Combine all dressing ingredients in a large bowl
  4. Chop all salad ingredients and add to the large bowl with the dressing - combine
  5. Add your potatoes + diced turkey and combine
  6. Serve and top with your toppings 

NOTES

This recipe serves one large salad or two side salads.
