TUNA MELT

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can tuna in olive oil
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chilli paste
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese Cottage cheese
- 2 slices Light cheese
- 1 handful Rocket/spinach
- 2 slices Fresh Sourdough
- Olive oil spray or butter for outside
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a small bowl, combine your tuna, mayo, mustard, onion, garlic paste, chilli paste, SnP and vinegar

Chop your sourdough to your desired thickness

Spread cottage cheese on the base, followed by your tuna mixture.

Lay your cheese and rocket on top

Spray one side of your sourdough with olive oil spray and then flip and repeat (or do the same with butter)

Spray your air fryer with olive oil spray and place your sanga inside OR cook on your sandwich press

Bake at 200 degrees for 8 minutes flipping at the 4-minute mark
NOTES:
The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your taste. Try not to do too many toppings as it will make it soggy!
