Smoked Salmon Bagel

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 5 MINUTES 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bagel of your choice
  • 2 tbsp YoPro natural yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp minced garlic
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • ½ packet wild-caught smoked salmon
  • A sprinkle of capers
  • Extra dill, plus salt and pepper to taste
  • Spinach or rocket or broco aka greens, to serve on the side

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
  2. Toast your bagel (or keep it fresh if you prefer) and spread generously with the yoghurt mixture.
  3. Layer on the smoked salmon, then top with capers, extra dill, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
  4. Serve with fresh spinach, rocket or I used up my leftover brocollini for some greens on the side x
