
Smoked Salmon Bagel

COOK TIME: 5 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bagel of your choice
- 2 tbsp YoPro natural yoghurt
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- ½ packet wild-caught smoked salmon
- A sprinkle of capers
- Extra dill, plus salt and pepper to taste
- Spinach or rocket or broco aka greens, to serve on the side
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, mix together the yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
- Toast your bagel (or keep it fresh if you prefer) and spread generously with the yoghurt mixture.
- Layer on the smoked salmon, then top with capers, extra dill, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
- Serve with fresh spinach, rocket or I used up my leftover brocollini for some greens on the side x
