PEANUT CHILLI SANGA
PRE TIME: 20 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of your favorite sourdough bread
- 2-3 pieces of FroPro sweet chilli chicken
- 1 cup mixed cabbage
- 2 tbsp chopped pickled onion
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
- 1 tbsp mint leaves (optional)
For the Dressing:
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp Mayvers powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp pickled onion juice
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Air fry the chicken for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
2. In a bowl, mix together all the dressing ingredients.
3. Finely chop the pickled onion, mint, and spring onion, then combine them with the mixed cabbage.
4. Toast your bread slices.
5. Assemble your sandwich by spreading some dressing on the toast, adding the chicken, cabbage mixture, onions, and finishing with more dressing.
NOTES
I used @FroPro sweet chilli chicken tenders because I wanted to recreate one of my favorite sandwiches. If you’re a fan of the Snitty Sanga from S’Wich in Bondi, this is my take on it! 😍 It may not be quite as good, but it’s still pretty delicious—perfect for a summer lunch!
