NANDOS BAGUETTE
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 12 minutes (if cooking chicken)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 baguette
*Prepared Chicken breast + 1 tbsp of Nandos perinaise per chicken breast if cooking from scratch
1 cup Coleslaw packet mix - Yogurt sauce:
- 1/4 cup natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 lemon juice
Raw veggie mix: - 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 tomato
- 1/4 capsicum capsicum
- 1 tbsp red onion
- 1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp Nandos perinaise
INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare your chicken (either cook or chop up)

If cooking chicken, dice it into squares coat in your marinade and cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 200 degrees

In a small bowl combine your sauce ingredients and set aside

In a small bowl combine your raw veggie ingredients and set aside

Cup open your baguette
-
Layer on your yogurt sauce, coleslaw mix, chicken, raw veggie mix and Nandos perinaise and serve
NOTES:
*Chicken = If I have time I will cook chicken breast in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees, BUT a lot of the time when I make this I use leftover chicken, pre-packaged peri peri chicken (from Coles) or BBQ chicken which makes it SO much quicker
LEFTOVERS = This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to make for leftovers and lunches for a few days. SIMPLY double your sauce and raw veggie mix, as well as cook or buy extra chicken and baguettes.
