Hot Honey Nourish Bowl

PREP TIME: 30 MINS (Including prepping chicken and roasting veggies but to toss together once cooked is 5 mins) 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups roasted veggies
    (I used potato, sweet potato, beetroot, carrot, onion, zucchini, Brussels sprouts & pumpkin — all air-fried with olive oil + Kobi’s Kitchen chicken salt for around 15-20 mins)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced 
    (also air-fried in olive oil + chicken salt for 15 mins)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup natural YoPro yoghurt
  • 1/4–1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 fresh pear, thinly sliced
  • A good squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Chilli honey (drizzle as much as you love!)
  • Cracked black pepper to finish

How to:

Layer everything into a bowl. Squeeze over some fresh lemon, drizzle generously with chilli honey, and top with cracked pepper. The sweet, salty, spicy, creamy + citrus combo hits so well 🍋🔥
