
Chicken Stir Fry in Under 20 Minutes

COOK TIME: 20 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet (850gram) of frozen stir fry vegeabtles
- 1 packet (500grams) of stir - fry chicken or diced chicken breast
- 1 jar marions kitchen sticky chilli ginger sauce
- 1/2 cup of water
To Serve:
- 1 1/2 cups of Rice (i used a rice cooker but you can also use microwave rice to save time)
- 2 cups of water
- Fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by preparing your rice.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and frozen vegetables, followed by the water. Cover with a lid to steam and cook the veggies.
- After 5 minutes, add the chicken and cook until it is no longer translucent.
- Combine the chicken with the vegetables and add the sauce. Let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving it over rice. Enjoy! :)
NOTES
Feel free to mix up the protein = I sometimes use extra lean pork mince, chicken breast mince or tofu
