CHICKEN SNIT WRAPS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 wrap of choice
- 1 1/2 cooked chicken snit (I used a pack of ALDIs herb and Parmesan crusted chicken)
- 1 cup Cos lettuce
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1/4 cup Light cheese
- Sauce (serves 1):
- 2 tbsp natural @yopro yogurt
- 1 tbsp @mingles sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1/4 juice lemon
INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook your chicken. I cooked mine in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

I flipped halfway.

Combine your sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Dice your chicken and tomato.

I like to heat my wrap for 30 seconds so it’s nice and warm.

Layer your wrap with your sauce, lettuce, chicken, tomato and cheese.
NOTES:
Lunches are sorted for a few days.
I will make the sauce fresh every day as takes 1 minute to whip up. OR you can make a big batch.
