CHICKEN SNIT WRAPS

Cook time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 wrap of choice 
  • 1 1/2 cooked chicken snit (I used a pack of ALDIs herb and Parmesan crusted chicken) 
  • 1 cup Cos lettuce 
  • 1/2 Tomato 
  • 1/4 cup Light cheese 
  • Sauce (serves 1):
  • 2 tbsp natural @yopro yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp @mingles sweet chilli sauce  
  • 1 tbsp light mayo 
  • 1/4 juice lemon 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook your chicken. I cooked mine in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. 

  2. I flipped halfway. 

  3. Combine your sauce ingredients in a small bowl. 

  4. Dice your chicken and tomato. 

  5. I like to heat my wrap for 30 seconds so it’s nice and warm. 

  6. Layer your wrap with your sauce, lettuce, chicken, tomato and cheese. 

NOTES:

Lunches are sorted for a few days. 

I will make the sauce fresh every day as takes 1 minute to whip up. OR you can make a big batch.
