CRIPSY FISH BOWL
PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces of crumbed fish (I used Birds Eye 50% less oil whiting)
- 1 cup of rice
Side salad:
- 1 cup Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Mixed cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 a Mango
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- To Serve:
- Extra lemon wedges, sesame seeds, and pickled onions
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook the fish in an air fryer for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Prepare the rice or use pre-cooked packet rice.
3. In a bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
4. Assemble the bowl with rice, salad, and fish, then drizzle with sauce and top with pickled onions.
