LOADED CHILLI HONEY HASH BROWNS
INGREDIENTS
- Hash browns
- Cottage cheese
- Smashed avocado
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- LOTS of honey
- Spicy bagel seasoning (or salt and pepper)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook the Hash Browns: Place the hash browns in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes until crispy.
- Assemble the Toppings:
- Top each hash brown with 1-2 tablespoons of cottage cheese (or your preferred amount).
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of smashed avocado (or adjust to your liking).
- Scatter-halved cherry tomatoes on top.
- Drizzle with @capilanohoney chilli honey.
- Finish with a sprinkle of @mingleseasoning spicy bagel seasoning.
