HALLOUMI BAGEL
PREP TIME: 20 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 fresh bagel (I used Jesse’s brand)
- 2 tbsp @yopro natural yoghurt (or you can use cottage cheese or cream cheese)
- 2-3 cos lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 tomato
- 100 grams of ham
- 4 slices of chilli halloumi
- 1 tbsp @capilano chilli honey
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat a pan on low. Once heated, slice the halloumi and ham and add them to the pan.
2. Drizzle the honey over the top and flip the halloumi until caramelised, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
3. Slice your bagel and layer it with your ingredients.
4. I added a drizzle of extra chilli honey on top :)
NOTES
Avo would be a perfect edition also :)
