CHEESY HONEY CHILLI EGGS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 slices sourdough or bread of choice 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese 
  • 1/4 cup light cream cheese 
  • 2 tbsp chilli honey 
  • Spinach or greens of choice 
  • SnP + lemon juice to serve

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat a medium-sized pan over high heat 
  2. Crack both eggs in and turn the heat to low 
  3. Sprinkle your cheese over your eggs and drizzle your honey over the top 
  4. Whilst your eggs are cooking, toast your toast 
  5. Layer your toast with cream cheese, spinach and top with your eggs 
  6. Top with SnP and lemon juice ​

NOTES:

*I love using sourdough or bakers delight high tin sourdough 

*I use the Capilano brand chilli honey

The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your taste

EGGS: If you don't like the white gooey bit of the egg you can place a lid over your pan so it cooks the white without drying out the yolk.
