CHEESY HONEY CHILLI EGGS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices sourdough or bread of choice
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chilli honey
- Spinach or greens of choice
- SnP + lemon juice to serve
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat a medium-sized pan over high heat
- Crack both eggs in and turn the heat to low
- Sprinkle your cheese over your eggs and drizzle your honey over the top
- Whilst your eggs are cooking, toast your toast
- Layer your toast with cream cheese, spinach and top with your eggs
- Top with SnP and lemon juice
NOTES:
*I love using sourdough or bakers delight high tin sourdough
*I use the Capilano brand chilli honey
The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your taste
EGGS: If you don't like the white gooey bit of the egg you can place a lid over your pan so it cooks the white without drying out the yolk.
