My nutrition workshops are designed to be practical, engaging and age-appropriate, with a strong focus on building positive relationships with food.

Each session is tailored to the age group, level of sport and environment — from junior NetSetGO programs to elite athletes and corporate teams.

All workshops combine education with interactive activities to help participants understand why nutrition matters and how to apply it in real life.

Below is a brief overview of the workshop options available:

Food Foundations: Learning About Food Through Fun (Ages 5–10)
A fun, movement-based workshop introducing young children to food groups, variety and how food helps our bodies grow, move and feel good.

Fuel for Growth & Sport (Ages 10–12)
A bridge between junior nutrition education and performance concepts, helping athletes understand balanced meals, snacks, hydration and fueling for training and recovery.

Elite Performance Nutrition (Ages 12–18)
A performance-focused workshop for rep and academy athletes, covering fuel timing, recovery nutrition and the importance of eating enough to support performance, health and injury prevention. Optional bonus content includes injury nutrition and supplements.

Fueling Young Athletes: A Parent & Coach Workshop
An education session for parents and coaches focusing on how to support growing athletes through nutrition, understand under-fuelling, support recovery and injury, and create a positive food environment around sport.
