My nutrition workshops are designed to be practical, engaging and age-appropriate, with a strong focus on building positive relationships with food.

Each session is tailored to the age group, level of sport and environment — from junior NetSetGO programs to elite athletes and corporate teams.

All workshops combine education with interactive activities to help participants understand why nutrition matters and how to apply it in real life.

Workshop 1

Food Foundations: Learning About Food Through Fun

Ages 5–10

A fun, pressure-free introduction to food and nutrition for junior athletes.

Through interactive, movement-based activities, children learn how food supports energy, growth and learning, without performance pressure or “good vs bad” labels.

Perfect for NetSetGO and junior clubs wanting to build positive food relationships early.

Workshop 2

Introduction to Performance Nutrition

Ages 12–15 | Early Rep Pathways

Designed for athletes entering rep programs and experiencing increased training and competition demands.

This workshop introduces practical fueling strategies for training, carnivals and State Age formats, helping athletes build balanced meals, smarter snack choices and hydration routines that support performance.

Workshop 3

Elite Performance Nutrition

Ages 15–20 | Academy & High-Performance Athletes

A deeper dive into fueling for heavy training loads and elite environments.

Athletes explore recovery, energy availability, injury support and a food-first approach to supplements, with a strong focus on protecting both performance and long-term health.

Workshop 4

Fuel for Success: Mindset, Habits & Performance

Ages 12–18 | Rep & Pathway Athletes
Delivered in collaboration with Allie Smith (AIR IT OUT)

An extended workshop connecting fueling, mindset and high-performance habits.

Athletes learn how to build sustainable routines, manage pressure and fuel as individuals, reinforcing consistency over perfection.

Fueling Young Athletes: A Parent & Coach Workshop

A practical, evidence-based session designed to support the environment around the athlete.
