Fuel for Success
Welcome to the Fuel for Success workshop by myself and Allie Smith.
Combining my passion for nutrition and Allies for mindset, we have developed a workshop to educate and empower athletes on the importance of proper fuelling for performance, well-being, and long-term health.
Here’s what’s included:
- A 2-hour interactive session (1 hour nutrition, 1 hour mindset)
- Nutrition and mental resilience workbooks for each participant
- Snack guide handouts to take home
- Delivered to a group size of 15 to 50
We have a set price for groups of 30 or more, and for smaller groups we can offer a per-head rate.

I loved how the things that were talked about on the mental health part was really relatable and it wasn’t just a success story but it actually was truthful and made my goals seem more achievable. And for the nutrition side of things I loved how it was really easy to understand shout out to the diagrams- and the recipes were simple and really useful. I learnt a lot about my nutrition and how to keep my body healthy, and also like how what I’m feeling is relatable and just how to manage it on court.
I loved learning about the different nutrients and how they can aid my body’s strength and energy, ultimately boosting my performance on the court. This knowledge is going to be really useful for state titles and to carry out in other pathways
