PROTEIN LCM BAR
Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes 12-15 squares
INGREDIENTS
Base
- 2 1/2 cups Rice Bubbles
- *1 scoop vanilla WPI protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
Icing

*1/2 block chocolate of choice
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a large bowl combine the rice bubbles, protein powder and cinnamon
- Add in your honey and PB and combine
- Line a square tin with baking paper and press the mixture into it
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave for bursts of 30 seconds
- Once melted spread across the top and place in the freezer for 60 minutes or until set
- Slice up into desired size and store in your freezer
NOTES:
You can store in an airtight container in the freezer.
*WPI = whey protein isolate which is an easy digesting form of protein and is low in fat and lactose
Protein of choice = trueprotein
Depending on how thick you want your chocolate layer on top you can use a whole block :)
