FREEZER SNICKERS BITES
PREP TIME: 30 MINUTES
SET TIME: 1 HOUR
MAKES: 6
INGREDIENTS
- 1 x Seed and Sprout 6 Portion Freezer Mould
- 6 x squares of dark chocolate (I used Lindt)
- 6 x medjool dates
- 6 x teaspoons of natural peanut butter (I recommend Mayver’s crispy PB as it contains rice puffs, and these enhance the crunch and texture)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place a square of chocolate in each mould and melt in the microwave in 30-second bursts.
2. Chop each date into small pieces and add 1 piece to each mould, mixing slightly.
3. Add a teaspoon of peanut butter to each square and combine
4. Place the lid on the mould and let it set in the freezer for 3–6 hours or overnight.
NOTES
*Alternatively, if you prefer plain natural peanut butter, you can add a sprinkle of Rice Bubbles or soy puffs to each square.
Store in the freezer moulds and enjoy whenever you crave a little Snickers bite
