BLACK BEAN BROWNIES

Cook time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans of black beans
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup liquid sweetener (I used maple syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate collagen
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Rinse and drain your black beans.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor except the chocolate and salt. You may need to stop the blender a few times and shake it.
- Line a square baking tray
- Pour mixture in and top with chocolate.
- Swirl the chocolate in and sprinkle over your salt.
- Bake on 180 for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing unless you want it warm and gooey
NOTES:
I used TRUE PROTEIN chocolate collagen.
It will be gooey when it comes out but when it cools down it will go hard.
