BANANA POPS

PREP TIME: 30 MINUTES 

SET TIME: 2-3 HOURS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • @Mayversfood peanut butter (I used their squeezy PB)
  • 1/2 block dark chocolate
  • Sea salt
  • Paddle pop sticks

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Slice the banana into 1 cm thick rounds.

2. Place the banana slices flat on a cutting board and add a dollop of peanut butter on top of each slice.

3. Stack another banana slice on top to create a sandwich.

4. Insert the paddle pop sticks through the center of each banana stack to form a lollipop.

5. Melt the chocolate and dip the banana pops in it, ensuring they are well-coated.

6. Return the pops to the cutting board (consider lining it with baking paper to prevent sticking).

7. Sprinkle with sea salt, then place them in the freezer for 2-3 hours until they harden.

NOTES: 

Store in airtight container in the freezer
