TVP SAN CHOY BOW BOWL

INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet TVP (texturised veggie protein)
- 1 diced carrot
- 1/3 red onion
- 2 cups kale
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chilli garlic paste
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli oil
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- Serve with rice, lettuce, lime juice and sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare your TVP according to packet instructions

In a pan fry up your veggies in olive oil

Once they are soft add in your TVP and combine.

Then add in your sauce ingredients, combine, and let simmer for 5-10 minutes or until ready to eat
Served with rice, lettuce, lime juice and sesame seeds.
NOTES:
TVP = Textured vegetable protein, which is made out of soybeans. It can be utilized as a natural meat substitute that is high in protein with 27 grams per serve.
The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your taste.
