NANDOS TOFU

Prep time: 40 minutes
 
Cook time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 1/2 bottle Nandos Peri peri medium marinade

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Dice your tofu and cover it In the marinade.

  2. Let it sit for 30 mins (the more time the merrier).

  3. I baked mine in the air fryer for 20 minutes on 180 and it came out super crispy 

NOTES:

Serve with your choice of sides. I mix mine up with either roast veggies, in a wrap or in a rice and veggie bowl :)

Roast potatoes~ roast pumpkin
~ roast onion~ roast maple Brussels (recipe on my feed)~ steamed broccolini~ Nandos mild praise
