HONEY HALLOUMI PITAS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 block halloumi
- 2 tbsp chilli honey
Homemade Tzatziki
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 small grated zucchini
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 juice lemon
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley and mint
- 1 tsp olive oil
To serve
- Wholemeal pitas (I air fried mine for 5 minutes)
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 capsicum diced
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes diced
- Lemon
- Caramelised onion hummus
- Pickled onions
- Mint and parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the halloumi and pan-fry it with the chili honey until it turns golden brown.
- Combine all the tzatziki ingredients in a bowl.
- Fill your pitas with the above ingredients or get creative and add your own twist
