Perfect post training meal that ticks all the boxes! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bagel 
  • 2-3 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 packed wild caught smoked salmon
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon 
  • Salt, pepper and dried chives
  • EXTRA COLOUR (handful of spinach and tomatoes or any veg you like) 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toast your bagel
  2. Layer with your toppings
