FOCACCIA CHICKEN SANGA

INGREDIENTS

  • Focaccia
    I used a large slab from Staple Bread and cut it into quarters
  • Whipped feta dip
    I used Nuffin Dips
  • Yogurt
    I used YoPRO natural 
  • Lettuce
  • Sweet chilli chicken tenders
    I used FroPro
  • Tomato
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chilli honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice your focaccia and lightly toast if desired.
  2. Spread a generous layer of whipped feta dip on the base, followed by a spoonful of yogurt.
  3. Layer with lettuce, tomato and the sweet chilli chicken tenders.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then finish with a drizzle of chilli honey.
  5. Sandwich together, slice and enjoy immediately.

In my opinion… the perfect sanga to eat tanning by the pool ☀️✨
