INGREDIENTS
- Focaccia
I used a large slab from Staple Bread and cut it into quarters - Whipped feta dip
I used Nuffin Dips - Yogurt
I used YoPRO natural - Lettuce
- Sweet chilli chicken tenders
I used FroPro - Tomato
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice your focaccia and lightly toast if desired.
- Spread a generous layer of whipped feta dip on the base, followed by a spoonful of yogurt.
- Layer with lettuce, tomato and the sweet chilli chicken tenders.
- Season with salt and pepper, then finish with a drizzle of chilli honey.
- Sandwich together, slice and enjoy immediately.
In my opinion… the perfect sanga to eat tanning by the pool ☀️✨
