CHOPPED CHICKEN RANCH SANGA
INGREDIENTS

Focaccia bread (from @staple_bread Bakery)

@froproaus sweet chilli chicken tenders

Lettuce (1 handful)

Spinach (1 handful)

Tomato (½, diced)

Avocado (¼, diced)
-
Natural yogurt (2 tbsp)

Sweet chilli sauce (1 tbsp)
-
Fropro ranch sauce (1–2 tbsp — my fave flavour so far)

Parmesan (2 tbsp or as much as you like)
INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the chicken tenders as per packet instructions.

On a breadboard, add your lettuce, spinach, tomato, avocado, cooked chicken, yogurt, sauces, and parmesan.

Chop and mix everything together so it’s all coated and combined.
- Load it into your focaccia, press it down slightly, and you’re good to go xx
