QUICK BBQ PORK

Cook time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 small brown onion 
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 packet extra lean pork mince
  • 1 can mixed beans 
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste 
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste 
  • 1/2 cup @minglesseasoning BBQ sauce (no nasties) 
  • 1/2 cup water 

Serve with:

  • Cooked rice
  • Kale slaw mix 
  • Natural yogurt 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat a large pan. 

  2. Finely dice your onion and fry with your oil until fragrant and soft. 

  3. Add in your pork mince and fry until cooked. 

  4. Add in your beans and combine. 

  5. Add in your tomato paste, garlic paste and mingles BBQ sauce and combine. 

  6. Stir in your water. 

  7. I served mine as a bowl but you could also add the mix into burritos or tacos

NOTES:

You can also serve in tacos or burritos.
