CRISPY FISH WRAP

PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Birds eye crumbed crumbed whiting fillets (50 % less oil)
  • 1 wrap of choice 
  • 1 cup cos lettuce
  • 1/2 diced tomato
  • 1/2 diced cucumber 

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt (I used YoPro)
  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook your fish in the air fryer for 15 minutes on 200 degrees 
  2. Combine your sauce ingredients in a small bowl
  3. Layer your wrap with the above ingredients
