CRISPY FISH WRAP
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Birds eye crumbed crumbed whiting fillets (50 % less oil)
- 1 wrap of choice
- 1 cup cos lettuce
- 1/2 diced tomato
- 1/2 diced cucumber
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt (I used YoPro)
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook your fish in the air fryer for 15 minutes on 200 degrees
- Combine your sauce ingredients in a small bowl
- Layer your wrap with the above ingredients
