Burger Plates

I had some leftover seasoned mince and was in the mood for a burger, but with no bread/buns, so I tossed together a burger plate instead… and honestly, it was so good!
INGREDIENTS/INSTRUCTIONS
Build your burger plate:
- Burger salad base – lettuce, rocket, pickles, tomato, carrot, cucumber, sliced high-protein cheese, pickled onions, sauerkraut (or beetroot if you’ve got it)
- Crispy potatoes – air fried with olive oil, salt + pepper, paprika + garlic powder
- Mince – extra lean beef cooked in a pan with paprika, garlic, onion, salt + pepper
- Top it all off with tomato sauce (obviouslyyyy 😅) and you’re good to go!
